Westbound 494 is crawling along from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100 at speeds of 25 to 35 miles per hour. That will take 15 to 20 minutes. Eastbound is about 10 minutes.
Northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W has pockets of congestion from the Minnesota River up to 494. That is 10 minutes. Look for a crash on the right shoulder on Cedar Avenue at 66th St.
Westbound Crosstown bunches up from 28th Avenue over to Hwy. 100. That is 12 minutes.
Northbound Hwy. 169 has a crowd from County Road 18 up to 494. That is 10 minutes.
In the north metro, 35W south is sluggish from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280.
Eastbound Hwy.10 had its share of traffic from Hwy. 169 to Central Avenue. That is 15 to 18 minutes.
