A stalled vehicle that had been blocking the left lane on northbound 35W at 35th Street has been towed away. Traffic is tight from 46th Street up to downtown Minneapolis.
A crash on the left shoulder of northbound Hwy. 169 at Anderson Lake Pkwy. is having a minimal impact on traffic, as volumes on 169 heading north are lighter than normal.
No relief on 494 through Bloomington. It's 15 minutes in both directions between Hwy. 169 and Cedar Avenue. There also is word of a crash on 494 between 394 and Carlson Pkwy.
Look for a 15 minute drive, or more, on 694 between Hwy. 252 and 35E. The sun and the work zone are the primary reasons for the slow traffic now that wrecks at University and 252 have cleared.
Traffic slows on southbound 35E near Roselawn Avenue; a semi is sitting off on the right shoulder.
