Rustling up funds

David O. Russell is auctioning off a speaking part in his next, untitled film, about the Abscam scandal of the 1970s. The winner will have a chance to hobnob with stars Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Louis C.K. The money raised (the experience, now on the website charitybuzz.com, is valued at $50,000) will go to the Kenny Gordon Foundation, which provides college scholarships.

The final reel

Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day will be back to be tormented by a new crop of superiors in “Horrible Bosses 2.” Previous bosses Jamie Foxx, Kevin Spacey and Jennifer Aniston will make cameo appearances. … Christopher Nolan might be aiming to top the mind-bending “Inception” with “Interstellar,” about a group of explorers who travel through time via a wormhole. It’s due in November 2014. … Danny Boyle is interested in marking the 20th anniversary of 1996’s “Trainspotting” with a film based on “Porno,” the sequel to the original novel. “The only criteria?” he said: To not disappoint “Trainspotting” fans.
