Underage consumption. A 16-year-old girl was cited for underage consumption of alcohol and curfew violation at Rosland Park, 4300 66th St.
Burglary. A computer, stamps and credit cards were stolen from an office on the 7200 block of France Avenue S. There were no signs of forced entry.
Theft. A 46-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for shoplifting clothing at Macy’s in Southdale.
Curfew violation. Two 14-year-old girls and two boys, ages 16 and 17, were cited for curfew violations on the 6600 block of York Avenue S.
Assault. A 42-year-old Richfield man was arrested for assault on the 3400 block of Edinborough Way.
Drugs. A 60-year-old Excelsior man was arrested for selling two OxyContin pills and 10 Xanax pills on the 200 block of 1st Street.
Animal complaint. A resident called police for assistance in getting a squirrel out of their home on the 200 block of Lake Street.
Theft. A man on Linden Street reported that his vehicle had been stolen. He called back later to say that his girlfriend had taken the vehicle and it was not stolen.
Assistance. Officers located an intoxicated 26-year-old Woodbury man in the parking lot of Maynard’s, 685 Excelsior Blvd. He did not know how to get home. Officers located a friend who agreed to take care of him.
Animal complaint. A resident on the 5500 block of Maple Heights Road reported that a hawk fhad flown into the closed window of their living room.
Noise complaint. A 34-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a loud-music complaint on the 3600 block of Lancaster Lane N.
Disorderly conduct. Two men, ages 40 and 41, were cited for disorderly conduct at Frenchman’s Bar, 1400 66th St. E.
Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Eagan man was arrested for drunken driving on the 1200 block of 78th Street E.
Drunken driving. A 47-year-old Richfield man was arrested for drunken driving in the Target parking lot, 6445 Richfield Parkway.
Underage consumption. A 20-year-old Rochester man was cited for underage consumption following a disturbance at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S.
Drugs. A 27-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a 35-year-old Milaca woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on County Road 81 and 40th Avenue N.
Missing person. A woman on Echo Road reported that she had not heard from her husband in several hours and that was unusual. She called back a short time later to report that he had returned home.
Suspicious activity. A Waseca Avenue homeowner reported a possible burglary because he heard doors slamming. Officers found that heavy winds were causing the doors on a shed to slam.
