Theft. Tools were stolen from a work van on the 15500 block of Linnet Street NW.
Theft. A woman was arrested for stealing a candy bar from Moto Mart, 10270 Baltimore St. NE. She also was cited for obstructing the legal process, giving false information to police and resisting arrest.
Theft. A snowblower was stolen from a home on the 4800 block of 108th Lane NE. It had been left under the deck.
Drugs. A 33-year-old female passenger in a vehicle was arrested for a warrant, giving false information to police and possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle was stopped for a moving violation on Main Street and 20th Avenue N. The male driver was released.
Theft. Tools and ice fishing equipment were stolen from a garage on the 20400 block of Tyler Street NE.
Check welfare. Officers went to an apartment on the 1100 block of 52nd Avenue NE. after a 911 hang-up call. A child had been choking on a piece of candy. The child was fine.
Locked vehicle. Two kids were locked inside a vehicle at the Car Wash Co., 7320 University Av. NE. Officers unlocked the vehicle and the children were fine.
Medical. A 35-year-old woman was found naked in a snowbank at an apartment complex on the 160 block of 83rd Avenue NE. She appeared intoxicated and did not know how she had ended up in the snowbank. She was taken to a hospital.
Theft. A 23-year-old man was arrested for theft of a controlled substance from the pharmacy at Walgreens, 6525 University Av. NE.
Burglary. Twelve hunting bows were stolen from a business on the 1300 block of 154th Avenue NE.
Drunken driving. A 66-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after his vehicle was found in a snowbank at Lovell Road and Hamline Avenue. The engine was still running.
Drugs. A 41-year-old woman reported that she was buying $10 of marijuana from a 19-year-old man when he pulled out a gun and took the money on 21st and Bryant avenues N. The woman was cited for attempting to buy marijuana.
Drugs. A 44-year-old woman was cited for possession of marijuana after officers responded to an apartment on the 2200 block of Groberg Street regarding a domestic disturbance.
Theft. Spools of copper wire were stolen from a van on the 3000 block of Crestview Drive.
Theft. Tools were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 2800 block of Silver Lane.
Disorderly conduct. Officers spoke to a 15-year-old boy and his parents about his behavior on the 3500 block of Skycroft Drive. He was shining a laser into homes.
