It looks like a pair of vehicles in the ditch on northbound 35E at County Road 42 and another at Diffley Road.
At this hour, most major routes are clogged and barely moving. That includes southbound 94 from 694 to Hwy. 280
It's also crammed on southbound 494 from 94 to Hwy. 7, southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Hwy. 7, southbound Hwy. 100 to Crosstown. That will easily take 45 minutes.
Look for a crash on the merge from Hwy. 280 to westbound 94. Plan on 30 minutes from downtown St. Paul over to downtown Minneapolis.
In the south metro, northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue are crawling along from County 42 to Crosstown.
Speaking of Crosstown, plan on 30 minutes each direction between Hwy. 169 and Hwy. 55.
