A crash that had been blocking the left lane on southbound Hwy. 169 at Hwy. 610 has cleared. Traffic is still tight coming down from 109th Avenue.
The ramp from eastbound 694 to southbound 35W is clear now that a stalled vehilce has been moved out of the way.
The real trouble spot is in downtown Minneapolis where a crash in the Lowry Hill Tunnel has the center lane closed. Traffic is already backed up to Portland Avenue. ANd look for the ramp from Hiawatha Avenue to west 94 to be clogged.
Levels are building on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694 and on southbound 35E from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. You'll need an extra 5 minutes on those routes.
