We end the rush hour in good shape with only two real trouble spots remaining on the system.
They are on northbound Hwy. 100, which is still plugged from Excelsor Blvd. to 394. Good news is that the accident at 394 has cleared.
Traffic is also slow on northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. up to the Minnesota River. Look for a crash on the right shoulder between Cliff Road and Black Dog Road. Plan on 17 minutes from County Road 42 to the Crosstown.
I'll be back Wednesday with reports on your morning commute. Check in with startribune.com for more traffic and commuting news.
