Motorists on westbound Crosstown will need 18 minutes from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100 due to congestion.
On westbound 494, it's 18 minutes from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 169.
The biggest snarl at the moment is on southbound 494 at Bass Lake Road. Medical personnel are working to rescue a driver who went well off the road. The right lane is blocked and traffic is stacked up back to the 94/494 split. It's now 12 minutes from 94 to 394.
Southbound 35E is 10 minutes from 694 down to 94.
Southbound Hwy. 169 is 20 minutes from 94 down to Hwy. 7.
Southbound 35W is 17 minutes from County Road 10 to 280.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is 10 minutes from 35E to 35W.
Medical emergency on 494 at Bass Lake Road.
