St. Paul will be the epicenter of activity this weekend with the St. Paul Winter Carnival and the Red Bull Crashed Ice. It's also the where we have the heaviest traffic this morning.
Nothing major in the capital city, but you'll find some congestion on northbound 35E from St. Clair Avenue to 94 as well as on westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 to 35E.
In the north metro, the usual slow down is in place on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694, but it's not as slow as usual. Credit lighter than normal levels of traffic. That is a drive you can make in 5 minutes.
On westbound Hwy. 36, it's 8 minutes from 35E to Fairview Avenue.
The stalled vehicle under the overpass on southbound 35E at 494 is gone.
