Obstruction of the legal process. A 19-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for underage alcohol consumption and giving false identification to police after a traffic stop for a seat belt violation.
Driving violations. A 44-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for careless driving and failure to stop for an accident.
DWI. A 39-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop for an accident.
DWI. A 51-year-old Blaine man was arrested for DWI, failure to submit to a chemical test, having an open bottle in a motor vehicle and driving with a cancelled license.
Burglary. A 21-year-old Apple Valley man, a 19-year-old Burnsville man and a 20-year-old Savage man were arrested for burglary and receiving stolen property.
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 900 block of 2nd Street.
Criminal property damage. A juvenile was arrested for criminal property damage on the 19500 block of Municipal Drive.
Theft. Deposits totaling $340 in cash and two checks worth $110 were reported missing at Valvoline Rapid Oil Change, 1180 Yankee Doodle Road.
Weapons violation. Charges are pending against a male student who brought a knife and BB gun to Eagan High School, 4185 Braddock Trail.
Drug activity. A 19-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle on the 14100 block of Akron Avenue.
Disorderly conduct. A 22-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of W. 135th Street.
DWI. A 30-year-old Bayport woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Burma Avenue and W. 147th Street.
Assault. A 32-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for making terroristic threats on the 3200 block of Coleshire Path.
