It's been an ugly drive for motorists using westbound Hwy. 212. A wreck in the westbound lanes at Candlewood Pkwy. has created a bottleneck for those heading east. The delays begin as far back as Hwy. 101.
Ice, wet roads and lots of drivers have westbound 94 moving much slower through Woodbury and St. Paul. It's about 25 minutes from the St. Croix River bridge to downtown St. Paul.
Southbound Hwy. 169 continues to creep along from 94 to Hwy. 7. There's a crash at Cedar Lake Road on the right shoulder.
Things are quickly building on northbound Cedar Avenue from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River bridge. Same is true on northbound 35W.
