A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder just east of 94 is creating a backup on eastbound 394. Traffic is heavy starting at Penn Avenue.
Traffic is still heavy on southbound 35W due to a mishap at County Road D. Plan on 20 minutes from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280.
The drive is not too bad on southbound 35E despite a wreck on the right shoulder near Larpenteur Avenue. It's 12 to 14 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.
Good news, all lanes are open on northbound 35E at County Road 11. The accident has been cleared and traffic is flowing freely.
The bad news is now we have a left lane blocker at County Road 42.
