Count on most hotel restaurants to be open, including Manny's Steakhouse (825 Marquette Av. S., in the W Hotel, Mpls., 612-339-9900, www.mannyssteakhouse.com), which will be serving 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Mark the holiday, Russian-style, at Moscow on the Hill (371 Selby Av., St. Paul, 651-291-1236, www. moscowonthehill.com), which will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday and 4 to 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Check out the recently refurbished Little Tijuana (17 E. 26th St., Mpls., 612-872-0578, www.littletjs.com); its doors will be open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on both days.

The historic tavern that is Pracna on Main (117 SE. Main St., Mpls., 612-379-3200, www.pracna minneapolis.com) plans to be open noon to 5 p.m. Monday and noon to midnight Tuesday.

Speaking of classics, the Monte Carlo (219 3rd Av. N., Mpls., 612-333-5900, www.montecarlomn.com) will be open 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. (bar stays open one hour later) on Monday and Tuesday.

OK, one more legacy restaurant: The pits will be smoking ribs at Market Bar-B-Que (1414 Nicollet Av. S., Mpls., 612-872-1111, www.marketbbq.com), 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday and 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Casual, counter-service Common Roots Cafe (2558 Lyndale Av. S., Mpls., 612-871-2360, www.commonrootscafe.com) will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Stadium Village's always-busy Hong Kong Noodles (901 Washington Av. SE., Mpls., 612-379-9472, www.mnhongkongnoodle. com) will be serving diners 11 a.m. to midnight on both days.

Peruse the eclectic menu at Faces Mears Park (380 Jackson St., St. Paul, 651-209-7776, www.facesmearspark.com), which will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and 3 to 10 p.m. Tuesday (bar open to midnight).

Have a smoked-meat holiday at Rye Deli (1930 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls., 612-871-1200, www.ryedeli.com), which plans to be open 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to midnight Tuesday.
