Police, an ambulance and the fire department are on the scene of a wreck blocking the left and center lanes on northbound 35E in the downtown St. Paul commons. Give them plenty of room.

In Bloomington, a crash is off to the right shoulder on northbound 35W at 113th Street. That's not causing a delay of any signficance.
