Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 2600 block of 140th Avenue NW.

NOV. 9

Theft. Jewelry was stolen from the bedroom of a home on the 8600 block of Hastings Street NE.

NOV. 14

Theft. A bottle of tequila was stolen from Century Liquors, 4355 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE.

NOV. 18

Theft. Two floor sanders were stolen from two vehicles on the 1400 block of 92nd Lane NE.

Property damage. A mailbox was damaged in the 10500 block of Hidden Oaks Lane.

Theft. Yard equipment was stolen from a home on the 11100 block of Utah Avenue.

CIRCLE PINES

Property damage. A 41-year-old man was charged with damage to property after he damaged the windshield of his ex-girlfriend's vehicle on the 100 block of North Road.

COON RAPIDS

NOV. 8

Harassment. A man from a home on the 1800 block of 113th Avenue NW. reported that his mother-in-law has been harassing him through text messages, Facebook and the telephone. An officer advised him on how to obtain a no-contact order. He did not want officers to contact his mother-in-law.

NOV. 11

Theft. A 30-year-old woman was cited after she was caught stealing crab legs from Cub Foods, 12900 Riverdale Drive NW.

NOV. 15

Burglary. A purse was stolen from a woman's apartment on the 10000 block of Drake Street NW. She left the door unlocked while she went to the laundry room.

FRIDLEY

NOV. 15

Medical. Officers responded to North Star Rail, 6151 E. River Road NE., regarding a woman lying on the sidewalk. The intoxicated 41-year-old woman had a blood-alcohol reading of 0.41 percent on a portable breath test, police said. She was taken to the hospital.

Theft. Copper wire was stolen from a construction site on the 5400 block of East River Road.

LINWOOD TOWNSHIP

NOV. 17

Theft. A 1997 Nissan Altima was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 8000 block of Fawn Lake Drive NE. The keys had been left in the vehicle.

MOUNDS VIEW

NOV. 15

Theft. An 11-year-old girl was referred to Northwest Youth and Family Services after stealing a book from Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Drive.

NOV. 17

Underage consumption. Two 20-year-old women were cited for underage possession and consumption of alcohol on the 2400 block of County Road I following a complaint of a noise disturbance.

Property damage. Someone stuck syringes into tires on a vehicle in the 7600 block of Greenfield Avenue.

NOV. 26

Burglary. Two rings were stolen from an apartment on the 2600 block of Scotland Court.

NOV. 27

Burglary. A vehicle, electronic items and cash were stolen from a home on the 5200 block of Edgewood Drive.

NOV. 16

Theft. Tools and a GPS unit were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 18400 block of Dahlia Street NW.

NOV. 12

Theft. A camper trailer valued at $18,000 was stolen from Quality RV, 8170 Hwy. 10.
