Ultra Machining Co., Monticello, hired Eric Gibson as president. Gibson previously was vice president of channel marketing at Medtronic. He will be responsible for leading the management team, developing new markets and growing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Spyglass, Minneapolis, hired Jeff Busch as chief executive officer and managing director. Previously, Busch was president and creative director at Busch & Co., Seattle. He is the national president of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and has served on its board since 2000.
CSM, Minneapolis, hired Jon Segner as chief financial officer and chief operations officer. Segner previously was president and chief operating officer for Dominium Management Services. He is a graduate of St. John's University and received his master's in finance from the University of St. Thomas. Segner has served on board positions with Heartland Business Intelligence, Minnesota Multi Housing Association and the National Housing Council.
Lofton Label, Inver Grove Heights, appointed Micheal Lane as chief executive officer. Lane joined Lofton in 2010 as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Previously, Lane was a senior executive at Cargill Inc. Lofton Label also named Luther Galchutt as vice president and sales manager. Galchutt will be responsible for managing the sales organization, identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining client relationships. Other Lofton Label appointments include Steve Braun as vice president and production manager, Bill Feany as vice president and controller and Mike Gaughan as executive vice president of manufacturing.
On the move
Dougherty & Co. announced David Mullen as senior vice president in public finance. Mullen has more than 25 years of finance experience, including serving on the board of the Minneapolis YMCA Camp Warren. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and holds a bachelor of arts in computer science with a concentration in accounting.
Hollywood Fashion Secrets, Minneapolis, hired Leah Stevenson as senior marketing director/Hollywood promoter. Stevenson will lead the marketing team as well as manage agency relationships. Previously, Stevenson worked for CNS Inc. and General Mills.
FordHarrison named John Hauge as partner. Hauge most recently was a shareholder with Briggs and Morgan and prior to that a partner at Rider Bennett.
