This classic design boasts a timeless and traditional caramel-colored shingle and stone facade. Inspired by both the shingle style that swept the East Coast at the turn of the century and the all-American foursquare, it features Old World architecture as well as modern conveniences. Exterior highlights include irregularly shaped windows, cupola and window boxes on the street side. The rear includes two porches designed to take advantage of views and a lower-level walkout.
The spacious foyer with wood staircase leads into an open living room appointed with a natural stone fireplace, rustic beams and nearby walk-out deck. The adjacent kitchen includes a multi-purpose island ideal for entertaining and food preparation. The main-floor master bedroom suite features a master bath as well as a private sitting room and sunroom. The second floor houses two bedrooms, a bunk room with built-in sleeping areas and a home office. In the lower level, there's a family room, billiards area, pub with wine cellar and two additional bedrooms.
