Twin Cities vocalist Nicholas David has gone a lot farther than I expected on "The Voice" (7 p.m., KARE, Ch. 11), coming up with imaginative takes on familiar songs that have gotten the audience to forget that he looks like he should be outside playing hacky sack. As Neil Patrick Harris' character would say on "How I Met Your Mother," watching TCM Tuesday event is going to be ... epic. The big, big night includes "The Magnificent Seven" (7 p.m.), "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (9:15 p.m.), "The Searchers" (12:30 a.m.) and "How the West Was Won" (2:45 a.m.). Anyone planning to take in more than two of these needs to stock up on Visine.Turn it up
The motorcycle builders competing in "Chopper Live: The Revenge" (8 p.m., Discovery) will have some inspiring background music as the special welcomes Lynyrd Skynyrd, performing a new song and "Sweet Home Alabama." Look for contestant Jesse James to get a bit sheepish when the band utters the immortal line: "Does your conscience bother you?"
