At 9 a.m., Metro Transit said 44 percent of its buses are on time, meaning most are behind schedule. The delays are averaging 14 minutes. Just over 400 buses are running on 80 routes.
Slippery spots are causing delays across the metro. Once slick spot is on 694 at Long Lake Road where icy roads are making it hard for semis and cars to get up the incline. The right lane is partially blocked at Silver Lake Road on the westbound side.
The State Patrol is on the scene of a two-vehicle wreck on the right shoulder on northbound 35E at Maryland Avenue.
