NEW BUSINESS Beginning Jan. 1, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Medicare beneficiaries will have their pharmacy benefits managed by Eagan-based Prime Therapeutics. Prime has been providing pharmacy benefit management services to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina's commercial customers since April 1.

The Meyers Printing Cos. Inc., Brooklyn Park, launched Meyers Engage, a digital promotion division to serve the consumer packaged goods and quick-serve restaurant industries and their agencies. The division has begun deploying digital marketing campaigns for a snack food and a coffee brand.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 23 cents per common share, an increase from 20 cents, payable Dec. 28 to shareholders of record on Dec. 18.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, declared regular quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share, up from 33 cents, payable on Dec. 31 to shareholders of record on Dec. 17. As of Dec. 6, there were about 160.6 million shares outstanding.

PERSONNEL Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, said Greg Temple, executive vice president and chief supply chain officer, will be leaving Ecolab to pursue other activities effective Dec. 31.

Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, said that Jack Eugster and John Grundhofer retired from its board of directors. Eugster, 66, the retired chairman, president and CEO of the Musicland Group Inc., reached the maximum number of terms that a director may stand for election. Grundhofer, 73, the retired chairman and CEO of U.S. Bancorp, reached the board's mandatory retirement age.

Buffets Inc., Eagan, named Anthony Wedo chief executive. Wedo, a restaurant executive, entrepreneur and turnaround specialist, will be based in Buffets' office in Greer, S.C.
