A California-based real estate investment trust said Monday that it has purchased a skilled nursing facility in Minneapolis for $7.2 million.
Sabra Health Care REIT, of Irvine, bought the Camden Care Center along with three other nursing facilities and an assisted living facility in Texas.
The Camden Care Center, located at 4659 Lyndale Ave. N., was built in 1990. As part of the purchase, Sabra entered into a lease with Trinity Health Systems LLC , for an initial term of 15 years with two five-year renewal options.
