The crash on northbound Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue in Brooklyn Park has cleared.
The wrecks on 35W south at County Road C and County Road H have cleared, but it's still 27 minutes from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.
Other heavy spots include westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to 35W in Bloomington.
It's also busy on southbound 494 from Bass Lake Road to Hwy. 55.
Look for building levels on northbound 35E from Yankee Doodle Road to Hwy. 110 and eastbound 394 from Hwy. 169 to Wirth Pkwy.
