OCT. 2 A pedestrian in the 8000 block of Ironwood Trail in Lake Elmo reported that the driver of a dark-colored car swore at her when he drove by. The complainant said the driver was yelling and banging on the steering wheel. Police contacted the driver, who explained he was acting that way because he was mad at his girlfriend, not the pedestrian.
