Theft. An officer responding to an alarm at a business on the 400 block of S. Rice Street found the business secure but noticed eight light bulbs stolen from a concession stand.

OCT. 31

DWI. An adult female was arrested for DWI and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and Hwy. 21.

NOV. 2

DWI. An adult female was arrested for DWI after an officer witnessed a driving violation and pulled the woman's car over on the 200 block of Triangle Lane.

NOV. 4

Burglary. A Stanley brush hog mower valued at $3,000 was reported stolen from a business on the 500 block of W. 2nd Street.

NOV. 5

Burglary. Twelve vehicle batteries and 168 bottles of oil valued at $2,800, as well as parts from a GMC vehicle, including a grille, parking lights and a glove box, were reported stolen from a business on the 600 block of W. 2nd Street.

Theft. An antique fire hydrant valued at $350 was reported stolen from a residence on the 400 block of N. Wood Street.

Criminal property damage. A brick was thrown through a window of a business on the 100 block of Water Street, causing damage estimated at $3,000.

Drug activity. An adult male driver was arrested on an outstanding Scott County warrant and for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and an adult male passenger was arrested for possession of heroin after a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy. 282 and Morlock Drive.

DWI. An adult man was arrested for DWI, driving with a canceled license and providing false information to police after an officer received a driving complaint in the area of Hwy. 169 and 173rd Street and found the offending driver at his residence on Lincoln Place.

NOV. 11

Disorderly conduct. An adult male was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction with force and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Crestview Circle after being stopped for an equipment violation. The man refused to provide his driver's license or comply with commands to stop while attempting to enter his residence. He was tased.

NOV. 8

Drug activity. A 30-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

NOV. 9

Drug activity. A 23-year-old Columbia Heights woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a 28-year-old Columbia Heights woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Littering. Two deer carcasses were reported to have been dumped in a construction dumpster on the 3900 block of Hidden Pond Trail NE.

Theft from vehicle. Tennis shoes and two boxes of beauty products valued at $310 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4000 block of Grainwood Trail NE.

NOV. 13

Theft. A ladder and wire were reported stolen from townhomes under construction on the 3500 block of Crystal Bay Lane NW.

NOV. 5

Theft. Four tires were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at C&E Auto Upholstery, 8847 Hwy. 101.

Theft from vehicle. A window was broken and items valued at $500 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5700 block of South Park Drive.

NOV. 6

Warrant service. A 50-year-old Hastings man was arrested on several outstanding warrants and cited for driving with a canceled license after a traffic stop near the intersection of Egan Drive and O'Connell Road.

NOV. 8

DWI. An Eden Prairie man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 169. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said.

Disturbing the peace. A 24-year-old Savage woman was arrested for violating an order for protection.

DWI. A 48-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI after officers responded to a report of a driver slumped behind the wheel of a vehicle on the 5700 block of Egan Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said.

Theft. Charges are pending against a 21-year-old man suspected of stealing lottery tickets and cashing in the winning tickets at SuperAmerica, 7881 Connelly Parkway.

NOV. 8

DWI. A 50-year-old Shakopee man was cited for DWI and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle on the 4000 block of 12th Avenue E.

NOV. 13

Warrant service. A 31-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested on an outstanding Anoka County warrant and cited for driving with a revoked license and providing false information to police. A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for an outstanding Scott County warrant, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm and fleeing a police officer.
