BLAINE

OCT. 5

Theft. Two Bose outdoor speakers were stolen from the football stadium at Blaine High School, 12555 University Av. NE.

OCT. 6

Theft. A moped was stolen from Hamline Avenue NE. and 95th Avenue NE.

OCT. 8

Disorderly conduct. A 19-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct at Cub Foods, 585 Northtown Drive NE., after he purchased a pumpkin, took off some of his clothes, climbed onto the end of the cash register and yelled at customers and employees. He threw the pumpkin.

OCT. 12

Theft. Five political signs were stolen from the yard of a home on the 2300 block of 131st Avenue NW.

OCT. 13

Disorderly conduct. A 21-year-old man was cited for public urination after an officer observed him urinating behind some garages on the 11300 block of Robinson Drive NW.

OCT. 14

Theft. A 2004 Kia Sorento was stolen from the 1700 block of 132nd Avenue NW. It was later recovered among trees in Wildwood Park. The owner had a hidden key under the back seat of the vehicle that had been used to steal the unlocked car.

FRIDLEY

OCT. 11

Fire. A resident was cited for an ordinance violation after an officer discovered that furniture was being burned on the 4700 block of 3rd Street NE.

OCT. 12

Theft. A piece of beef jerky was stolen from Menard's, 5351 Central Av. NE.

OCT. 14

Disorderly conduct. An officer spoke to a mother and her three children after receiving a complaint that the kids were throwing things off the balcony of their apartment on the 100 block of 83rd Avenue NE.

OCT. 16

Suspicious vehicle. Officers spoke with an occupant of a vehicle that had been parked on the 6000 block of Woody Lane NE. for more than two hours. The occupant was doing surveillance on a possible repossession of a vehicle.

Theft. An iPad and cellphone were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at Banfill Tavern, 6666 East River Road NE.

OCT. 11

Theft. A stolen iPhone 4 was recovered from a 13-year-old girl on the 5300 block of Raymond Avenue. The case has been sent to the county attorney's office for review.

OCT. 12

Theft. Someone siphoned gas out of a truck on the 2000 block of Rustad Lane.

OCT. 14

Theft. A 2004 Chevrolet Impala was stolen from the 7500 block of Greenfield Drive.

RAMSEY

OCT. 7

Theft. A propane tank and grill cover were stolen from the deck of a home on the 14300 block of Tungsten Way NW.

OCT. 9

Fleeing police. A 45-year-old man was arrested on the 7500 block of Veterans Drive NW. for fleeing police, possession of a stolen vehicle and numerous other charges after he led police on a chase with an ATV.

OCT. 11

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old Ramsey woman was arrested for drunken driving at Ramsey Elementary School, 15000 Nowthen Blvd. NW. She is a parent of a child at the school.
