That's the only conclusion you can come to while watching "Crossfire Hurricane" (8 p.m., HBO), a Rolling Stones documentary that relies heavily on the band's early days, when Jagger's moves would generate mob scenes. The band members provide fresh commentary on how their manager -- and the authorities -- turned them into the bad boys of rock.
