Scott Baker agrees to deal with Cubs

Starting pitcher Scott Baker has agreed to a one-year deal with the Chicago Cubs, according to several reports.
Chicago Tribune baseball writer Paul Sullivan tweeted the news Tuesday morning:
Scott Baker signs one year deal w/ Cubs $5.5 mil plus incentives.

Baker missed all of last season with the twins after having Tommy John surgery. The Twins delcined to pick up his $9.25 million option for 2013, but had talked about negotiating a deal with a smaller salary plus incentives.
