The right shoulder is blocked on southbound 35@ at County Road 96. Backups begin at County Road I.

A car hit a deer on southbound 35E between Jefferson and Randolph avenues in St. Paul. The left lane is blocked.

In the north metro, look for a stalled vehicle on the ramp from southbound 35W to eastbound 694.

 Northbound 694 is still reduced to a single lane from Hwy. 5 to 40th Street in Oakdale.
