Animal control. Six horses were reported running loose along the road near the intersection of Valley Forge Road and McMahon Lane.
Theft. A purse was reported stolen at Captain Black's Bar & Grill, 9660 Main St.
Drug activity. A 19-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for selling marijuana on the 16800 block of S. Hwy. 13.
Disorderly conduct. A 31-year-old Richfield man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of the legal process at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.
Obstruction. A 44-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 4100 block of CJ Circle SE.
Drug activity. A 54-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.
DWI. An arrest was made for DWI near the intersection of Johnson Memorial Drive and W. 173rd Street.
Theft. Coins were reported stolen from a residence on the 22700 block of Forest Ridge Drive.
Drug activity. A 51-year-old Blaine man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding Hennepin County warrant, and a 48-year-old Coon Rapids man was cited for marijuana in a motor vehicle, improper breakaway brakes and no fire extinguisher in a commercial vehicle after a traffic stop for not displaying a Department of Transportation number near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Quentin Avenue S.
Theft. A bicycle valued at $800 was stolen from a residence on the 5500 block of W. 134th Street.
DWI. A 30-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for crossing the center line near the intersection of McColl Drive and Boone Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said.
DWI. A 61-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding on the 8100 block of Egan Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.10 percent, police said.
Fraud. A 37-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested for passing counterfeit currency at Riverside Liquors, 507 1st Av. E.
Drug activity. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, DWI, hit-and-run property damage, reckless driving and a curfew violation on the 1200 block of Parkview Court.
Theft from vehicle. Items valued at $1,300 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 4900 block of W. 123rd Street.
Theft from vehicle. A window was broken and a purse was stolen from a vehicle during a football game at Prior Lake High School, 7575 W. 150th St.
Trespassing. A 32-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for trespassing at Valleyfair, 1 Valleyfair Drive S.
DWI. A 31-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for failing to drive in a single lane near the intersection of Vernon Avenue S. and McColl Drive. The woman's blood-alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said.
DWI. A 42-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI and criminal vehicular operation after being involved in a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Dakota Avenue S. and Egan Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said.

DWI. A 47-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Cambridge Road and Windsor Drive S.
Obstruction. A 28-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 1600 block of Meadow Place.
Drug activity. A 22-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Scott County warrant, and a 21-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 15800 block of Howard Lake Road NW.
