As food trucks line streets in downtown Minneapolis on weekday lunch hours, the city council in Baxter, Minn. is considering how to deal with a potential onslaught of them, too, the Brainerd Dispatch reports.

After a local restaurant bought a truck, it raised questions among council members about what to do if food truck businesses from out of town want to park in the city.
