Westbound494 at Penn Av. in Bloomington

Wet roads and heavy traffic are making for a 30 minute trip on southbound 494 from 94 to 394.

In the south metro, it's a 20 minute drive from Hwy. 5 to Penn Av. on westbound 494. Look for a crash at Penn Av. in the left lane.
