A 21-year-old UW-Eau Claire student from Stillwater, who is on leave from the university this semester, has been identified by school officials as the victim of Monday morning's deadly fire at 630 Water St.
Ross Livermore was killed in the fire. Three other students, all from Stillwater, were injured.
