Animal control. Nine cows were reported loose near the intersection of W. 270th Street and Fabor Avenue.
Theft. Mail was reported stolen on the 200 block of 4th Avenue W.
Theft. A UPS package was reported stolen from a residence on the 9000 block of Canter Lane.
DWI. A 31-year-old Lauderdale man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of McKenna Road NW. and NW. 140th Street. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.
Warrant service. A 51-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Hennepin County warrant after behaving suspiciously at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.
Theft. A chain saw, a ladder and extension cords valued at $630 were reported stolen from a detached garage on the 5600 block of Credit River Road SE.
Drug activity. A 32-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and a 24-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop near the intersection of Mystic Lake Boulevard NW. and Dakotah Parkway NW.
Theft. Two cellphones, a wallet, cash and other personal items valued at $265 were stolen from a locked garage on the 14900 block of Timberglade Circle NE.
Theft. A trailer was reported stolen from a business on the 12400 block of Boone Avenue S.
Motor vehicle theft. A motor scooter was reported stolen from an apartment building on the 12400 block of Lynn Avenue S.
Theft from vehicle. A custom-made hat valued at $240 was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 12300 block of Princeton Avenue S.
Warrant service. A 30-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Scott County warrant on the 5500 block of Lone Oak Road.
Warrant service. A 53-year-old Savage man was arrested on a outstanding Hennepin County warrant after being stopped for driving violations near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Nevada Avenue S.
Theft. Wire valued at $3,300 was reported stolen from a construction site on the 14100 block of Virginia Avenue S.
DWI. A 37-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI, improper lane use and driving without a license in possession after a traffic stop for poor driving conduct near the intersection of Quentin Avenue S. and W. 143rd Street. The woman's blood-alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.
Theft. Tires were reported stolen from Car Guys, 12701 Johnson Memorial Dr.
Warrant service. A 26-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on outstanding Le Sueur and Blue Earth County warrants on the 1100 block of 1st Avenue E.
