Seattle coach Brian Agler was not happy about all the free throws the Lynx made on Friday in the third quarter.

They made 10 of 13 in their highest scoring period of the game. The Lynx outscored the Storm 27-17 in the third quarter.

But what he should really have been upset is his team's free throw shooting. If the Storm had made every free throw they had, they would have beaten the Lynx 80-78.

Instead, the Lynx won 78-70. The Storm were only 13 of 23 from the line, or 56.5 percent. They missed 10 free throiws. The six Seattle players who had free throw chances all missed at least one.

The Lynx were 22 of 28 at the free throw line. There the most was Lindsay Whalen. She made eight of 10 free throw attempts. Rebekkah Brunson was six for eight.

* The Lynx, for the fifth game this season, outrebounded Seattle. But the margin was only three rebounds this time, 33-30. The average difference over the first four games was 10.5 boards. Brunson had a game-high 11 rebounds and Maya Moore seven.
