Motorists traveling on Interstate 35 between Duluth and the Twin Cities during Labor Day weekend will encounter two single-lane construction work zones. Motorists can expect delays of up to one hour or more during peak travel times, especially during holiday weekends or weekends when major events are scheduled. Read more.
