Project 515, Minneapolis, hired Jake Blumberg as development director. Blumberg comes to Project 515 from George Washington University Law School, where he most recently served as an associate director of development.

Mohagen/Hansen Architectural Group, Wayzata, hired Cait Sparks as a marketing assistant.

Henningson & Snoxell, Maple Grove, hired family law attorney Glen Norton.

Savvis, a CenturyLink company, hired Michael Hargis as vice president of sales operations and effectiveness for its North American business. He was director of sales operations for Hewlett-Packard.

Weber Shandwick, Minneapolis, hired Sam Rapson as associate technical director in the design and development practice. Collin Neugebauer has been hired as a senior Web designer in the design and development practice. Sara Keeney has been hired as a social media strategist and community manager in the digital communications practice. Erica Carlson has been hired as an assistant account executive in the farm and food advocacy practice. Katie White has been hired as an assistant account executive in the financial services practice. Brianna Chambers has been hired as a senior account executive in the health care practice. Kelly Abrahamson, Megan Barrett and Jake Wallace have been hired as assistant account executives in the health care practice.

Awards

Moss & Barnett, Minneapolis, announced that Minnesota Lawyer has selected Deborah J. Weinstock as an Unsung Legal Hero for 2012 for her legal marketing work for the firm. Weinstock is a marketing coordinator. The Unsung Legal Heroes award honors law firm employees who have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, often behind the scenes.

Haberman, Minneapolis, was named to Outside Magazine's fifth annual Best Places to Work list, which celebrates innovative companies setting a new standard for a healthy work-life balance.
