Franke+Fiorella, Minneapolis, a leading brand identity design firm, promoted Jill Maki to account manager. Since joining Franke+Fiorella in 2007, Jill has managed the design and production of comprehensive visual identity systems and corporate communications for many of Fortune 500 clients including 3M and Valspar Corp.

On the move

Video Guidance, Bloomington, a leading strategic visual communications company, hired Paul Hanson as senior account manager. Before joining Video Guidance, Hanson served as account manager at St. Paul-based AmeriCom Inc., where he managed the convergence between IT and corporate operations for businesses of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies.

Minnesota Bank & Trust, Edina, hired Aleesha Kveton Webb as vice president of commercial banking. Most recently, Kveton Webb was vice president and director at Village Bank in the north metro. She has served in elected positions on the Children's Hospital Foundation Board and the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Foundation Board.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, corporate and business law experts, hired Al Coleman as a principal. Most recently Coleman served as assistant general counsel of McGladrey LLP, a billion-dollar financial services firm.

Coldwell Banker Burnet, Edina, hired Tony Maurer as sales manager. Maurer serves on the board of both the National and Minnesota Association of Realtors and is the past president of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors and the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors. He was named 2009 Realtor of the Year.

ProUroCare Medical Inc., Eden Prairie, a provider of proprietary medical imaging products, hired Stan Myrum, a consultant to lead its technology and product development efforts. Most recently, Myrum was vice president of quality and operations for Medtronic's cardiac rhythm disease management business unit.


Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, was named, for the second year in a row, to Outside magazine's annual "Best Places to Work" list. This is also the second year in a row that Colle+McVoy made Ad Age's Best Places to Work list and was named a Top 100 Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.
