There's a new, extra-large retailer in town. Literally.

DestinationXL, a new men's big and tall clothing retailer, has set up shop in the former Border's location at Bonaventure in Minnetonka, according to Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, which sealed the deal.

It's the first location in Minnesota for DestinationXL , a division of Casual Male Retail Group Inc. (That's the Massachusetts-based parent that operates under Casual MaleXL, Rochester Clothing, B&T Factory Direct and others.)

A second lease has been signed for DestinationXL for Rosedale Commons in Roseville, one of 26 stores slated to open in the U.S. by year-end. Ultimately, DestinationXL expects to open 210 stores nationwide.

Ronn Thomas, vice president at C&W/NorthMarq, represented DestinationXL.
