The St. Thomas men's basketball team will play host to first- and second-round NCAA Division III playoff action Friday and Saturday.
The Tommies will play Buena Vista at 8 p.m. Friday. That game follows a 6 p.m. game between the University of Chicago and Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Friday's winners play at 7 p.m. Saturday for a spot in the final 16.
In the NCAA Division III women's playoffs, three MIAC teams will play first-round games Friday.
St. Thomas will play the University of Chicago in Stevens Point, Wis., while Gustavus and Carleton will travel to Indianola, Iowa. Gustavus will play host Simpson, and Carleton will face Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
