Sunday

Former "Superman" Dean Cain and former "Vampire Slayer" Kristy Swanson team up for "Operation Cupcake" (7 p.m., Hallmark), a movie in which the couple try to run a bakery. In other words, instead of fighting crime, they're fighting high sugar intake.

Monday

"Miss Advised" (9 p.m., Bravo), a new reality series from Ashley Tisdale's production company, follows three relationship experts who are struggling to find love. In other words, do as they say, not as they do.

Tuesday

For a family that keeps insisting on being left alone, the Palins sure do a lot of reality TV. "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp" (9 p.m., Lifetime) finds the young mother moving to Los Angeles to do a little work with a charity and do a lot of whining about how her life is so tough. My advice to the young and often charming Bristol: Try turning off the camera.

Wednesday

Cedric the Entertainer takes to the pulpit in the new series "The Soul Man" (9 p.m., TV Land). He plays a former R&B star who leaves showbiz behind to preach at his father's church in St. Louis. Wife Niecy Nash is less than thrilled with the idea. Let's see if viewers feel differently.

Thursday

Snooki has one last chance to party and -- believe it or not -- you get to watch it. "Snooki & JWOWW" (9 p.m., MTV) finds the Laverne & Shirley of "Jersey Shore" living it up before taking life more seriously. By more seriously, I mean switching to a classier tanning salon.
