Imprisoned former auto mogul Denny Hecker has been bused off to yet another prison, making it his sixth move in five months.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, Hecker, 59, was moved to a low-security facility in Loretto, Pa., 90 miles east of Pittsburgh.
Hecker, serving a 10-year prison sentence for fraud, was abruptly transferred in February out of a minimum-security prison camp in Duluth and sent to prisons in Wisconsin and Indiana. His former attorney said at the time that he may have been perceived as a flight risk and had violated phone privileges while in Duluth.
Hecker was next moved to a transfer facility in Oklahoma City before being shipped to the U.S. Penitentiary in Canaan, Pa., last month.
People familiar with the prison system and Hecker's case have said Loretto would probably be Hecker's final destination.
