Mid-day gawk: Rick Ankiel's throw from centerfield was just ridiculous

Good times.

Rick Ankiel, who was a pitcher until he couldn't throw strikes, has no problem firing ABSOLUTE LASERS from the outfield. It's not often that a simple play like this makes the entire baseball world stop what they're doing and take notice, but feast your eyes on this:
