1994: Throws last pitch in Connecticut High title game, is drafted by Red Sox.
1997: Traded to Expos in Pedro Martinez deal.
1998: Allows Mark McGwire's 70th home run.
2003: Helps Marlins beat Yankees in World Series, allowing one run in nine innings
2004: Makes All-Star team.
2005: Signs four-year contract with Yankees.
2007: Starts Opening Day for the Yankees; later undergoes Tommy John surgery.
2009: Signs with Cleveland and is traded to the Twins in August.
2011: Signs a two-year contract with the Twins and is their Opening Day starter.
2012: Is scheduled to be the Twins' Opening Day starter.
