Wild-Florida game preview

Preview: Former Wild goalie Jose Theodore and the Panthers, chasing their first division title ever, arrive in Minnesota with points in nine of their past 10 games (6-1-3). The Wild has lost three in a row and six of its past eight.

Players to watch: Wild LW Jason Zucker, who will make his NHL debut, will be the 45th player to dress for the Wild this season. C Kyle Brodziak has three goals and eight points in his past six games. Theodore is 3-4-3 with a 2.28 goals against average against Minnesota.

Numbers: Theodore is 4-1-3 in his past eight games, allowing just 13 goals in that span. ... The Panthers are 29-2-4 when scoring at least three goals; the Wild is 4-29-7 when giving up at least three.

Injuries: Wild LW Matt Kassian (sports hernia) will undergo surgery and miss the final six games. D Justin Falk (knee) practiced Wednesday but is not ready. C Matt Cullen (broken finger), D Jared Spurgeon (concussion), D Mike Lundin (sports hernia), LW/RW Pierre-Marc Bouchard (concussion) and LW Guillaume Latendresse (concussion) are out. Panthers RW Matt Bradley (upper body) and RW Jack Skille (shoulder) are out.
