The first 100 people at Twin Cities Old Chicago locations (Apple Valley, Blaine, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Minneapolis Uptown, Minnetonka, Plymouth and Roseville) will receive a free calzone, starting at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, a $10 to $12 value. Described as a "pizza without the sauce" the calzone is load of meat, cheese and veggies tucked inside hand-stretched dough.

If you miss out on the free calzone after 2 p.m., all is not lost. Happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m., including $1.99 pizzas, half-off appetizers, and $1 off all drafts and taps.

Now is also a good time to make a reservation for Mpls. St. Paul magazine's restaurant week. It's one of the few times that you'll get a discounted meal at hotspots such as Lurcat, Capital Grille, Fogo de Chao, Masa, Oceanaire, Red Stag, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Saffron and Vincent. Lunches cost $10 to $20; dinners $15 to $30 each. The offer runs from Sunday, Feb. 26 to Friday, March 2 but reservations go fast. Some of the more than 50 participating restaurants

have you make a rez online, some by phone. Check the list here.
