State transportations officials will present preliminary plans today for the replacement Interstate 35W bridge before a series of meetings with lawmakers and the general public.

Today: MnDOT officials will release a preliminary sketch and details of the process they'll use to replace the bridge.

Wednesday: A joint hearing of the state House and Senate transportation committees will be held at 2 p.m. at the Capitol.

Thursday: A three-hour public open house is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at Roseville Area High School at 1240 West County Road B2 in Roseville.
