Barb Jandric, Edina Realty's general sales manager, got the top spot today at Edina Realty. She'll be the company's first president. Edina Realty is part of Edina Realty Home Services, which includes a realty, title and mortgage division. The new title won't mean a big change in the way the company operates. Bob Peltier, president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services, said that Jandric's new job is simply recognition of the work she's already been doing. She'll be in charge of day-to-day operations. Both companies are owned by HomeServices of America, the Twin Cities-based real estate holding company.
