Dec. 31: Minnesota's own political firebrand comedian Lizz Winstead is coming home for the holidays. On New Year's Eve, the snarky satirist (and co-creator of "The Daily Show") will return to the Parkway Theater, presumably for another roasting of the past year's political follies. Politicians should run for cover, especially after the recent gubernatorial election that has everyone seeing deja vu and looking for a good laugh. (Two shows, Dec. 31. Parkway Theater, 4814 Chicago Av. S., Mpls. 612-822-3030, or www.theparkwaytheater.com) TOM HORGEN
