Gophers linebacker Cody Poock was a full participant in Tuesday’s practice, with his ankle injury healed, and second-string tackle Chad Fahning has returned from his ankle injury, as well.

But several players were in orange nonparticipation jerseys, including three starters: defensive end Gaelin Elmore, safety Damarius Travis and wide receiver Eric Carter.

Other notables in orange included: wide receivers Melvin Holland Jr., Adam Mayer and Isaiah Gentry, tight ends Colton Beebe, Duke Anyanwu and Nick Hart, linebacker Carter Coughlin, cornerback Coney Durr and tackle Nick Connelly.

Tight end Brandon Lingen (shoulder) was in a green noncontact jersey and appears closer to being cleared for contact.

Coach Tracy Claeys might have more updates when he’s scheduled to meet with the media next, after Wednesday’s practice.
